Just Biryani is a small, fast-growing kitchen on W Hickory St. We're looking for people who want steady evening hours, real training, and a team that actually notices when you show up and do good work. No restaurant experience needed — we'll teach you.
We're not a chain with a hundred rules. We're a tight crew serving one dish extremely well — which means what you do here actually shows up in the food and on the counter.
Your hourly rate is before tips. Our walk-up window and online pickup orders both tip, and tips are shared with the crew on shift.
Tell us the days and hours you can work and we build around it. Evening-only shifts mean your daytime stays yours.
Never worked in a kitchen? Fine. We teach you everything — the dum process, the POS, packing, the window. Show up willing to learn.
We keep it simple: there's one role, and it's an all-rounder. Some nights you're on the biryani line, some nights you're at the window talking to regulars, some nights you're filming a clip for our Instagram.
