Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Biryani website at justbiryani.art and our mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"), and any order you place through them. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Just Biryani is a restaurant at 402 W Hickory St, Denton, TX 76201, serving Hyderabadi dum biryani for pickup. The Service lets you browse the menu and place an order for pickup at our location.

Orders & Pricing

• Prices and availability are shown at the time you order and may change. Each night's biryani is cooked in limited batches, so items can sell out.
• Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order code and confirmation; until then it is not placed.
• We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out, if we are closed, or if the order appears fraudulent — and will refund you in full where payment was taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time you order and is processed by Square. We do not store your card number. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Pickup & Store Hours

Orders are for pickup only at 402 W Hickory St, Denton, TX. Pickup times are offered within our operating hours — generally 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with the last pickup slot at 1:45 AM — and only for times the kitchen can meet. Please collect your order at the time you chose.

Cancellations & Refunds

To change or cancel an order, call (940) 279-0740 with your order code as soon as you can. Once that night's cooking has begun we may not be able to cancel. If we cannot fulfil an order — because we sell out or are closed — we refund it in full to the original payment method. If something is wrong with an order you have picked up, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Your Account

Some features use a sign-in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number or email, and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see justbiryani.art/delete-account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only to place genuine orders, not to interfere with or attempt to break the Service, and not to use it unlawfully. We may suspend access that abuses the Service.

Allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that uses peanut oil, nuts, and dairy, and may contain or come into contact with peanuts, cashews, and milk. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Mobile Apps

Your use of our iOS or Android app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). The app stores are not responsible for the app or your orders; we are.

Intellectual Property

The Just Biryani name, logo, menu descriptions, photos, and the Service itself are owned by Just Biryani and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the current Terms.
